Athletic Packets
All students wanting to participate in Bulldog Athletics MUST submit a completed athletic packet EACH YEAR to the athletic office PRIOR TO trying out/practicing with any team. ALL students are now required to obtain a new sports physical EACH YEAR as part of their athletic packet.
Athlete Registration:
The NIAA and CCSD are requiring all student-athletes to be registered online at "www.aktivate.com" (formerly known as "Register My Athlete").Create an Aktivate account (or log into your existing account from registermyathlete.com) Please see the "Athlete Registration Instructions" document below for detailed instructions to register your athlete on Aktivate.
For your convenience, athletic packets can be accessed by clicking the documents below, fill out and then upload to Aktivate or turn into the schools Athletic Office.
For freshmen, new students, or students who are completing an athletic packet for the first time, 2 proof of residency must be uploaded or brought in. These must be major utility bills submitted to the athletic office in addition to all other documents.
Any student from a divorced or separated household is required to provide a copy of the complete divorce decree/custody agreement signed by the judge to prove that the parent living in the zone has custody of the child. If the parents have equal custody, the student establishes athletic eligibility at the school where they began Grade 9.
Please be aware that a $50.00 Athletic fee needs to be paid to the school banker.
Fees can be paid with cash, check and debit/credit cards. We encourage you to pay fees on Aktivate when completing your registration.
